Communication.
by using our service, you agree to subscribe to newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information we may send. however, you may opt out of receiving any or all of these communications by following the unsubscribe link or emailing goincrow@gmail.com.
Purchases.
if you wish to purchase any product or service available through the service (“purchase”), you may be asked to provide certain information related to your purchase, including your credit or debit card number, the expiration date of your card. your billing address, and your shipping information.
you represent and warrant that:
(i) you have the legal right to use any card or other payment method in connection with any purchase.
(ii) that the information you provide to us is true, accurate and complete;
we may use third party services to facilitate payments and complete purchases. by submitting your information, you grant us the right to provide the information to these third parties subject to our privacy policy.
we reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time, including but not limited to product or service availability, errors in product or service description or price, errors in your order or other reasons.
if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order.
Contests, sweepstakes and promotions.
any contests, sweepstakes or other promotions (collectively, “promotions”) available through the service may be governed by separate rules from these terms of service. if you participate in any promotion, please review the applicable rules and regulations as well as our privacy policy. if the rules for a promotion conflict with these terms of service, the promotion rules will apply.
Contributions.
some portions of the service are billed on a subscription basis. you will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis. billing cycles will be set according to the subscription plan you select when purchasing a subscription.
at the end of each billing cycle, your subscription will automatically renew under the same terms, unless you cancel it or wincrow cancels it. you can cancel your subscription renewal through your online account management page or by contacting the customer support team at goincrow@gmail.com.
a valid payment method is required to process payment for your subscription. you must provide wincrow with accurate and complete billing information, which may include, but is not limited to, full name, address, state, postal or zip code, phone number, and valid payment method information. by submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize wincrow to charge all subscription fees paid through your account to such payment instrument.
if automatic billing fails for any reason, wincrow reserves the right to terminate your access to the service with immediate effect.
Fee changes.
wincrow may, in its sole discretion and at any time, change the subscription fees for subscriptions. any subscription fee changes will be effective at the end of the then-current billing cycle.
wincrow will give you reasonable advance notice of any change in subscription fees to give you an opportunity to terminate your subscription before such change becomes effective.
your continued use of the service following a change in subscription fees constitutes your agreement to pay the revised subscription fee amount.
Refunds.
we offer refunds for contracts within 7 days of the original purchase of the contract.
Contents.
our service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, video, or other materials. you are responsible for the content you post on or through the service, including its legality, reliability and appropriateness.
by posting content on or through the service, you represent and warrant that:
(i) you own the content or you have the right to use it and you have the right to grant us the title and license as provided in these terms.
(ii) that your posting of content through or through the service does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights or other rights of any person or entity; we reserve the right to terminate the account of anyone found to be infringing copyright.
you retain any and all rights to any content you submit, post or display on or through the service and are responsible for protecting those rights. we take no responsibility and assume no liability for any third party postings made by you or on or through the service. however, by posting content using the service you grant us the right and license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce and distribute such content through the service. you agree that this license includes our right to make your content available to other users of the service who may use your content subject to these terms.
wincrow reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor and edit all content provided by users.
in addition, content found on or through this service is the property of wincrow or used with permission. you may not distribute, modify, transmit, reuse, download, repost, copy or use the content, in whole or in part, for commercial purposes or for personal gain, without our prior written permission can.
Prohibited uses.
you may use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with the terms. you agree not to use the service.

Not for use by minors.

you may not use a name or trademark of a person or entity other than you or a name or trademark that is not in lawful use as a username without appropriate permission. you may not use any offensive, obscene or obscene name as a username.
we reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.
Intellectual property.
the service and its original content, features and functionality are the exclusive property of wincrow and its licensors. the service is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws of foreign countries. our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without wincrow’s prior written consent.
Copyright policy.
we respect the intellectual property rights of others. it is our policy to respond to any claim that content posted on the service infringes the copyright or other intellectual property rights of any person or entity.
if you are a copyright owner, or authorized on behalf of one, and you believe that copyrighted work has been copied in a manner that infringes copyright, please submit your claim via email to goincrow@gmail.com with the subject line
you are responsible for damages (including costs and attorneys’ fees) for misrepresentation or bad faith claims related to your copyright infringement on or in any content found through the service.
